Business negotiation refers to a process of consultation between involving parties in a transaction who shall talk with one another on various proposals and commitments in order to seek their respective economic interest. Besides, it has its own features. For instance, it combines cooperation & competition and irregularity & regularity as well as repellency & inter-attractiveness.
